Hosted in the historic Puimala event venue, the inspiring Finnish rural setting charmed attendees and provided a bold, refreshing contrast to traditional technology seminars. The goal was to foster deep connection in an environment that felt authentic and memorable.

Sustainability was a core pillar of the event’s success. Puimala was chosen not only for its unique atmosphere, but for its proximity to the airport and its focus on locally sourced catering. By ensuring guest accommodation was within walking distance, we significantly reduced the event’s carbon footprint.
The branding, signage, and furniture utilized rental or recyclable solutions, designed to respect and enhance the unique character of the historic space.
