This event format allows for either several simultaneous venues for one event or the option for participant to join either remotely or on-site.

CASE: FEDERATION OF REAL ESTATE AGENCY

We partnered with the Federation of Real Estate Agency for their Digiday event.

The hybrid event took place at the modern Urban3 venue located at Maria 01 business incubator.

The program included discussions and speeches about the use of data in the real estate brokerage industry. Alongside the scheduled activities, participants had the opportunity to network during breakfast and at the partner stands.

For remote participation, we created a branded event page that facilitated networking.

Visualization: We developed the event’s screen content and branding elements using the client’s visuals.

Pre-production: We collaborated with the client to plan the program content implementation, ensuring the smoothness and scheduling of the event’s pre-production.

Event management: On the day of the event, we were responsible for the implementation and management of the entire event.

Technical implementation: We ensured that the event technology met the needs of the event, performers, and remote participants.
