CASE: ACADEMIC WORK
An awards gala for Academic Work Finland employees.
Three-part employee event consisted of emotion, festivity and unforgettable after-party. Evening commenced with a cocktail party, during which company’s employees had the opportunity to narrate the 15-year journey of Academic Work in Finland through mockumentary episodes that had been filmed beforehand. After the cocktail party, the venue expanded, and guests moved to the gala venue where the successes of year 2022 were recognized, culminating in a celebration to the sounds of a surprise performer, Elastinen.

Pre-production: We were responsible for the pre-production project management and assisted the client with the event script.
Event supervision: On the day of the event, we were managed the technical team, presenter and project team, as well as the implementation of the entire event.
Technical implementation: In collaboration with our technology partner, we ensured that the technical aspects of the event met its requirements, enabling a rich and versatile narrative.
A summer terrace for the whole family set up at Viaporintori in Espoo, where guests were served by seven different restaurant operators throughout the entire summer. The comfort of the terrasse was ensured by a massive wooden element, a descriptive swing and a meticulous venue planning.
Visualization: We produced the branding elements for the market stage and market are, utilizing the visuals provided by our client.
Pre-production: We were responsible for project management of the pre-production phase and venue planning.
Partnercoordination: We managed the communication and briefing for the food/cottage operators throughout the summer.
Technicalimplementation: We handled the fixed sound production of the market stage and the market area.
