Who are we?
Vaihde Helsinki is an event agency with a strong value base, focused on high-quality corporate events, fair stands and brand encounters. We exist for first-class events and customer experiences.
Pre-Christmas parties, staff events and days, seminars, customer events or fair stands. We are proactive and fearless problem solvers and we make things happen. For us, all projects, clients and colleagues are of equal value and we are ready to exceed the expectations given to us.
Like all good stories, the story of Vaihde Helsinki started small.
Our story began with a desire to offer our clients something more: better service, fair treatment, genuine partnership, transparency and, of course, higher-quality event planning.
We are a good and safe place for top event professionals to grow, develop and shine together with our clients. We talk about things openly, our office does not have a rug to sweep things under, and we celebrate when our everyday lives allow it. Laughter is part of our workday and our journey towards the international top of the event industry.
With the right ingredients, Vaihde of one quickly grew into Vaihde of nine, and our journey is only in its beginning. We do not want to just pave the way for ourselves, but also build a strong, relevant and prosperous industry from the domestic corporate event field, which enables the well-being of our personnel and the support and achievement of our clients’ business goals.
