The annual McDonald’s kick-off event gathered almost 200 McDonald’s staff under one roof.

The theme of the day was “Moving forward as a team”. The event’s content, speeches and program were structured to support the importance of teamwork.
The event’s participants consisted of McDonald’s entrepreneurs, restaurant managers and representatives of the Finnish country organization. Legendary coach Jukka Jalonen gave his own view on how to assemble a successful team at the event.

The event offered guests a comprehensive experience.
Together with our client, we made the Dance House shine.
The evening gala had the feel of a big sports celebration, as the winners of the Entrepreneur of the Year and Restaurant Manager of the Year awards were able to pick up the prizes, among others.
The event was organized in Helsinki at the Dance House, whose modern setting created a stylish platform for the event.
We were responsible for the overall production, planning and project management of the personnel event.
